Oil & Gas Pipeline Valve Stations
In house fabrication of sixty-two 20″ valve stations for a 350 mile NGL pipeline.
McGraw Kokosing fabricated and assembled 62 Twenty-inch valve stations with Twelve-inch stainless steel bypass lines for a 350 mile NGL Pipeline.
The fabrication consisted of over 24,000 diameter inches of welding, with 100% X-Ray and Magnetic Particle testing of all welds. The assembly of these stations included over fifteen hundred 600# and 900# flanged bolt-ups. Fabrication and assembly was performed at the Monroe Pipe Fabrication facility and shipped to the owner storage yards for future installation.
