McGraw Kokosing provides a wide range of fabrication and assembly solutions for carbon steel and alloy piping.
McGraw Kokosing responds with quality, precision and capacity. As part of our overall 232,000 square-foot facility, we offer our clients a comprehensive 50,000 square-foot pipe spool and modular skid fabrication facility. We are ASME and National Board accredited and routinely perform work to B31.1, B31.3, B31.4, B31.8 and API 1104. We deliver to regional and national clients, as well as our own projects.
The shop consists of two 50’ by 500’ bays with 6 overhead cranes, 8 weld stations, 3 tack stations and 10,000 square-feet for structural fabrication and assembly. We perform carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel SMAW, GTAW, GMAW and FCAW welding including semi-automatic and mechanized processes. We also perform pre and post weld heat treatment and hydrostatic testing on pipe spools or completed skid systems.
